Yashna Kaul (b. New Delhi, 1995) is an image-based artist working in the expanded photographic field. Her ongoing projects appropriate personal and public archives to examine the relationship between photography, memory, and myth-making. She completed her BFA in Photography and Imaging from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2018.

Her work has been exhibited in Confluences at Stir Gallery, New Delhi (2025),  Art Mumbai (2024), A Moment in Infinity at Vida Heydari Contemporary, Pune (2024), KG+ Kyotographie, Kyoto (2024), Synaesthetic Notations at Serendipity Arts Festival, Goa (2023), Photo Vogue Festival, Milan (2023), Vantage Point Sharjah 11 at Sharjah Art Foundation, Al Hamriyah (2023), India Art Fair, New Delhi (2023), Nowhere is Home at Photoink, New Delhi (2022), Betwixt and Between: Photography, Time and Place at Flower City Arts Center, Rochester (2018) and Family Photographs at Jamestown Arts Center, Rhode Island (2018). 

She received the 2024 Japan Photo Award, and was shortlisted for the 2024 un/fund grant and the 2023 PhMuseum Women Photographer’s Grant, with an honorable mention for the New Generation Prize.
